This is a series of posts concerning privacy and data protection from a global perspective. I am working on a common framework on which we can hang the country specific regulations - the Data Protection and Cloud Computing Framework. This is timely as the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) starts to be implemented; and rightly or wrongly, EU regulations do ripple across the globe.
