Fictional worked record; decisions are proposed and checks are unrun.

## Purpose and scope

SU-D1 explores a later partner arrangement. The first proposed process-only
trial covers provider-run courses; partner courses and refunds go for a
separate decision. In the later proposal, a partner would supply replacement
options and the provider's case owner would retain responsibility for resolution.

## Responsibilities and agreement

The partner would return course availability and booking acceptance. These
results are separate from C42 case ownership. Who can confirm a partner
booking, along with roles, hours and terms, remains to be agreed.

## Dependencies and controls

If a response were lost, the case owner would need to establish whether the
partner accepted a booking. Security decisions would govern permitted fields
and access.

## Change and exit

SU-X1 proposes transferring one open cancellation, its agreements and
pending work. The exercise would check that old access can be removed while
retaining the information needed for authorised review.

## Checks and results

The exit exercise is proposed and unrun. No supplier has been selected and
no capability has been verified.
