Fictional worked record; decisions are proposed and checks are unrun.

## Scope and current work

SO-R1 concerns the later case-service option. The first proposed trial is
process-only and covers provider-run courses; partner courses and refunds
go for a separate decision. Software and a partner arrangement are possible
later extensions. Current cancellation owners, agreements and pending
actions would need to be established for the chosen scope.

## Readiness and acceptance

SO-A1 proposes checks on staffing, access, scripts, supplier roles,
migration, funding and recovery. Actual owners, dates and results remain
open; the checks have not been run.

## Support and response

In the proposed software contract, X7 accepts H7 for C42 at v12. The change
to v13 and its receipt are saved in one atomic operation; notification
follows later. SO-I1 proposes investigating a lost reply through an
authorised receipt lookup. An authorised repeat returns the same receipt.
A revoked caller receives no protected details.

## Recovery and continuity

A restore from before X7 may lose the accepted state and receipt. Pause
affected actions and notifications, and stop old processes from writing
changes. Reconcile the restored records with accepted actions and real work
before the service owner accepts resumption.

## Improvement and retirement

Review findings could change a procedure, supplier arrangement or
architecture decision. No exercises have run. If the service is retired,
owners would still be needed for records and outstanding obligations.
