## Subject and resource

SEC-A1: the named receiver requests acceptance of handover H7 for case C42
using operation X7. The example begins with a process-only trial; the later
case service is unimplemented.

## Policy and enforcement

The proposed service checks current caller authority, the named receiver and
version 12 where acceptance takes effect. X7 records the accepted change and
its receipt together, moving the case to version 13. Notification follows
acceptance. Policy storage, versioning and the mechanism for withdrawing
access remain to be designed.

## Failure and revocation

Pause acceptance when current authority cannot be established; recheck queued
actions on reconnection. An authorised repeat of X7 returns the original
receipt. A caller whose access has been withdrawn cannot read the receipt;
the accepted event remains recorded for authorised review.

Permitted action, unrelated case, changed receiver, revoked caller and duplicate X7 checks proposed; all unrun.
