# Blueprint notation

## Identity

A view has a stable ID and name, edition, scope, design state, level, ASAF
aspects, linked records and a text explanation. The object reference lists
every blueprint identifier with its meaning and source. At first use on each
page or diagram, write ID (name), such as X7 (Acceptance operation).

Document version 1.0 identifies this website edition. PROC-01 (Process-only proposal),
SOFT-01 (Later software option) and PART-01 (Partner extension) identify different design arrangements.
The case's runtime versions 12 and 13 are concurrency tokens, not editions.

## Drawings

- Flowchart: named roles, information or components, with labelled relationships.
  The local key distinguishes a work flow from a dependency or responsibility.
- Sequence: time runs down participant columns; arrows show interactions.
  Notes state conditions, dashed arrows show results and a cross marks a lost reply.
- Entity relationships: boxes name information entities. Crow's-foot marks
  show many; bars show one; a circle allows zero. These are logical relationships.
- State diagram: arrows name transitions between case resolution states.
  An accepted ownership transfer does not itself resolve the case.

Only these Mermaid-supported notations are used in this edition. Their labels
and structure carry the meaning; colour is supplementary. Each drawing has
an SVG export and a linked prose explanation.

## Records and checks

O, P, R and D identifiers connect outcomes, principles, requirements and
decisions through the aspect examples. V and Q records describe proposed
checks; check results must state what was actually observed. IDs retain their
source meaning even where a source uses a different prefix convention.

All service designs here are fictional. The process trial and software
implementation have not been carried out. An accurate diagram is not a
successful service trial.
